A Very Special Wedding
There has been a bit of blog-silence over here and it’s mostly due to a very special wedding – mine!
My Ken proposed in January this year and we got married this August in Nestor Falls, Ontario. It was a whirlwind of a few months getting ready for the momentous occasion. Lots to do!
Here are a few snapshots of our day – our processional included a floatplane ride followed by a lakeside ceremony. We chose a rustic fishing lodge in Western Ontario called Tinker’s Places and the folks there were amazing.
After the wedding we were off to Newfoundland for new adventures as a married couple. Newfoundland is an amazing place – I’m excited to post those photos soon!
Well, it’s been a lovely few months being the bride instead of the photographer. And now I’m happy to be back and I have lots of blog posts to catch up on!
Cheers,
Mrs. Marlis Funk
